After 6 years working for different companies and foundations throughout Europe and Asia, I have developed key people management skills and intercultural sensitivity. Led the videography Strategy for SOLS 24/7 programs. With a strong focus on the nationwide programs BI1M & Actyvate, sponsored by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance, the team produced and edited more than 50 videos.
Re-designed the organization HR recruitment system. To date, the strategy has produced an increment of 30% for the application volume and an increase of 200% for Google Ads Account paid traffic(20,000 USD). Tasks included: re-designing the career webpage, researching and implementing effective CRM systems, elaborating strategies for Google Ads Account for non-profit.
Deployed SEO techniques for achieving an increment of 70% for the organization organic traffic (ranking 15 Keywords first page in Google)
Developed in WordPress a crowdfunding platform for the program Actyvate. Tasks included designing User Experience and workflow of the site. Within the first 3 months of the project, the team raised more than RM 7.3 Million and fully funded 150 community projects.
Organized the launch and closing ceremony of the BI1M program. Guests included the Malaysian Secretary of Treasury and other government officers. Organized two BI1M promotional events, with guests including the Malaysian Prime Minister and the Deputy Prime Minister.
Introduced and implemented Freedcamp as a task and team management tool for the communication team.
Implemented a highly efficient and cost effective centralized system for the organization’s newsletters. Based on the Amazon Servers, delivering 60k emails monthly.. Also designed 7 newsletters in English with translation available in Bahasa Malaysia.
Filmed and Edited 52 English Lessons for the Language learning application SOLS Edu
Received the award for Best Cultural Initiative by Point of Lodz 2016.

Bahasa Inggeris 1Malaysia (BI1M) 2017 is a programme implemented by the Malaysian Ministry of Finance under the auspices of the National Blue Strategy, in partnership with humanitarian organisation SOLS 24/7 Malaysia.
The film was created under the project “Foreign Friendly Society” carried out by the organization KobieTY. Filmed by international volunteers shows how foreigners living in Lodz look at their city. What they like in here, why Łódź is a place to visit, why it is a place to live.

SOLS have Community Centres all over Malaysia, even in the most remote and hard-to-reach rural communities. For example, SOLS is teaching English in Gerik! Their teachers have to take a one-and-a-half hour boat ride into the jungle to reach the community!
The special thing about SOLS is that our students eventually end up working with us and seizing opportunities in their lives! One such student is Clara Unsing (Ban), a Sabahan who joined SOLS 24/7 in 2013. She works for the Accounting Department. Watch the following video to find out her story!
